Lack of communication
I upgraded to get the late check out for 1pm instead of 11. I had two people from housekeeping knock on my door after 11 to ask when i was leaving. And then someone from the front desk call the phone but hung up before i could answer it. I dont know if i need to hang a sign the next time i upgrade but it was very annoying.

Great Stay at Ramada
We stayed there after eye surgery. They gave us a lower floor room and helped me get my wife settled in the room. Good breakfast and a free drink at happy hour! Great place. Nice help at the desk. Very reasonable for price!

The representative at the desk was very friendly and informative during check-in. The room was clean and everything worked well. The bed was amazing. Although I would have enjoyed more hot food options for breakfast, the food was hot and tasted good. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was very nice. Sadly I was only able to stay for one night out of 3.

Did online check-in and it worked great. The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary glass of wine between 5:30-6:30 was a nice touch. Our room faced the freeway so we did have some traffic noise. Small comfortable queen room worked great for us.

Great property!
We stay here at least once a year when we visit family. Good location, very clean and comfortable rooms. This time there was no shower mat in the bathroom, which was odd so I just used another towel. Not a biggie! Breakfasts are well supplied - scrambled eggs and ham this weekend. Plus waffles, toast, mini donuts, yogurts and fruit.

Clean but with problems.
Very friendly staff and clean. The only problem was I was wakened by kids yelling at 3 am. I called but that did resolve the problem. Apparently these kids did not have parental supervision. It is advertised with a restaurant. But there’s not one.
