Empty hotel felt weird and eerie
We booked a king bed and was given two queens due to the an issue with the water heater and there being 0 king rooms available. Theres a robot tele-person that checks you in, which we didn’t like! We want it to be personalize! The hotel was completely empty and it felt weird and eerie.

Hotel itself was ok, room were pretty clean but while making reservation online it did not specify that our balcony room we paid xtra for was not the correct one with the view it was standard room with the view of the parking lot + we usually seek hotels with balconies due to both of us being smokers. This hotel does not allow you to smoke on the balcony which does not say upon booking as well.

Friendly check-in and only a $20 fee for a dog. Restaurant had good food but free breakfast was out of a number of things by 8:00. Bed was very comfortable and lots of room for the dog.
