Close to downtown and the football stadium without a downtown price. Co-branded with Budget Inn, so don't expect an upscale boutique place at a discount because it's not football season; that's just the price. There was furniture piled up in the parking lot both times I stayed there, but my rooms were clean. The pool was closed the whole time (in July) and the gym was nothing to brag about. There were a few homeless people roaming the neighborhood, but that's just what downtown Denver is like.

Very cool motel! The view of the city is beautiful, it has a vintage vibe, and the area felt safe. There are also some very good restaurants within walking distance. I will say it could use some TLC but the location and view makeup for it. Staff was also kind and helpful.

The couches in the lobby weren't clean; there was food and trash on the lobby floor, and the elevator is absolutely horrible. It looks like there are bullet holes in them; the interior is wooden and outdated, with tagging all in the inside. My room was clean-ish, but I still found random hairs on the floor. The hotel has so much potential, but it badly needs a remake in every way. The location to downtown is great. The Latina front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. But it's very dirty in there.

Graffiti in the elevator, elevator panel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970s. Stained furniture and curtains. Badly stained carpets in hallway. Shower fixtures lose. My room didn't have a number plate, just the number scribbled on the wall next to the door. Noisy outside. Extremely loud A/C unit. No breakfast despite being advertised. Woke up one morning to find a mystery puddle under the chair. No cups or ice container in room. Fridge worked. Bed linens were clean. Had hot water. Was cheap and close to downtown. Guess it's OK if you're desperate for a place to stay near downtown and don't want to sleep in your car.

It was fine to stay at. While the elevator was smooth moving, you had to get past its horror movie look. Breakfast was simple, toast or cereal. The milk was in a gallon in ice water. The staff were nice and the place was clean.

The good about the say was that walking distance to the football stadium is excellent... about 12 minutes. There was no charge for parking which saves about $50/night downtown. The daily rate was also good. The front desk staff treated us well. Now the bad... we stayed 2 days and the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no hot water during our stay. The shower head was broken at the connection to the bib so water sprayed on the ceiling and outside the shower. The elevator was nasty with much graffiti. The TV in the room did not match the TV brand so there was no way to access functions like closed captioning. The furniture in the room was stained badly in addition to some old stains on the bed sheets. If you are willing to put up with issues like those stated, the room is a good value. If not, look elsewhere.

This motel has seen better days; lobby is dingy and grimy. Old chewing gum seen on the floor here and there as black spots. The room itself seemed clean; linens were spotless white, towels appeared new and fluffy. The room’s main door and bathroom door showed signs of rough treatment in the past—broken wood, broken door frames, relocated locks. No batteries in the TV remote! Quickly replaced by Jonnie at the front desk when I took it down to her. I was so glad I had my earplugs! Loud TV noise next door, and a loud argument in the hall at midnight with threats being exchanged, ‘I should kick your a**, you MF’ which only lasted 5-10 minutes. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, and the old AC unit worked. Best feature is the location: near DT, Coors Field, Elitches, and immediately off I-25. However, so are 3 other hotels.
