Beautiful Japanese themed hotel
Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and has beautiful grounds. The food was ok, service was great. The only complain we had was that the person upstairs in the room kept dragging their chair at night and making lots of noise, maybe pads on the chair legs would help minimize the noise. Without an upstairs neighbor it was great.

Beautiful property - quiet and lovely tranquil atmosphere. It is located in a private gated community that is very safe - you must pass two security gates. In the city, it felt hot and muggy. But in the hotel the large trees offered so much shade that it felt cool and relaxing.

The hotel is surrounded by nature and the Japanese concept makes it interesting. The room was simple, and the building showed some lack of maintenance. Despite the Japanese environment providing a nice experience, the main restaurant only provides that type of food, which is very limited. Can you imagine a 5-night stay eating only one type of food?

I visit this property every year. The rooms are always clean. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning works and I can control the temperature. The staff is very nice. The only part that is not the best is the spa facility. The staff is great but the spa facility itself needs to be updated. The pool is large but not deep.
