The staff is extremely polite happy and efficient. Our room was extremely clean. The only issue we had was that we had booked for a week and there were no amenities whatsoever in the room (shampoo, soap, tea bags, cups, glasses etc…) We were given some soap, shampoo and a few paper cups from reception which helped a bit as we had not brought anything with us. We then purchased our own (except for cups and spoons as we were travelling interstate). Apart from that, everything was great including the view from our top floor.

The kitchen was extremely dirty and had a bad odor other than that was a great complex that was an excellent stay its a shame you cannot stay for 2 or 3 nights, as next time we are in Melbourne we have to stay elsewhere due to your 7 day minium stay.

The first night I arrived for some reason the room was extraordinarily cold, coincidentally and thankfully lastminute sent me a note to check if all was well, I instantly expressed my trouble with the excessive coldness. To my utter shock but pleasant surprise, within a minute or there about of sending my response to lastminute, a staff of the property was right at my door with a solution- a portable heater to warm the room. That was amazing and unforgettable, the next day I was given another room. Amazing customer service both from lastminute and Co-living. Keep it up!

Not having experienced this sort of accomodation before I was not prepared for the lack of servicing on the basics like changing of the towels and emptying of the rubbish bins - this is done weekly with the changing of the sheets. Supply of toilet paper after the initial supply is your responsibility. Something needs to be added to their site advising that this is how they operate. Apart from that, overall, quite a nice and newish building, staff helpful and friendly and would recommend to others with the warning of how it works.
