Bayside Rentals Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be changed or cancelled in the first 7 days after your initial deposit with no penalties, we will refund 100% of your deposit to you. Cancellations after the 7 days will not be refundable unless we are able to re-rent the week. If we are able to do so, you will be returned all monies paid less a $75 Cancellation Fee.


FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL! Lake Winnipesaukee Beach Access Apartment! This affordable two bedroom apartment is within a five minute walk to the Lake! Actually the beautiful sandy beach is less than 1000’ from this property. The apartment has a private entrance and is above the garage, so you don’t have to worry about who is below you. A large living area with beautiful knotty pine walls and wood floors. There is plenty of chairs and a large sofa to relax in. The kitchen is set up like an efficiency, but who wants to cook while they are on vacation anyways! There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a full sized bed in the other. The bathroom is a three quarter bathroom, so no tub. There is a grill on the property for you to enjoy the smell of burgers/hot dogs on the grill or you can heat up a meal in the convection oven. There is Wi-Fi at the home and a television in the living room for movie nights. If your looking to get away for a week this summer, give this home a try and you’ll have enough money left over for dinner at any one of the fine local restaurants! SLEEPS 4!!!
