Very helpful allowing an early check-in. The elliptical in the gym goes from easy to very difficult from levels 1-2. They could add a recumbent bike as the peloton is frankly, not a very good stationary bicycle.

We had a very good stay in a very convenient location, walkable to most attractions. Breakfast was great and plentiful with courteous, helpful staff, as was our room assistant who cleaned every day of our 4 night stay. 2 double beds were comfortable and the fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities very useful. The only downside were the two lady receptionists who were abrupt and bad tempered. The men on the other hand were helpful and friendly.

Awesome location. Our toliet was extremly loud when flushing (something in the back tank) and for over 200 rooms spread out on 13 floors, theres inly 2 elevators. 1 is down for maintenance which made for very long waits when it was busy. There were a few times we traveled by steps up to the 8th floor which was really inconvenient.
