Our recent visit to Acqualina Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome by Mike, who provided us with wristbands, to the attentive staff arranging beachside couches and oceanfront chairs with umbrellas, the experience was exceptional. The food recommendations were consistently delicious, and the pool was fantastic—my son even learned to swim there! A special shoutout to Alize and Valeria for their outstanding care. Great stay- but why no upgrade ?
Matt was very helpful! We loved everything about the stay , except for the fact that we didn’t get upgraded to the ocean view suite, even though we booked last minute and was told it was available. Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t. That being said everything else is perfect, and we are making this our go to hotel when we are in the area, I just booked another stay for 4 nights at the end of the month.
