Small, but clean & newly renovated rooms. Great location if you want to be close to downtown.
Organization has room for improvement, specifically in regards to the parking-Garage (charged additionally!) and the reception.
The IT-system wasn’t working at the time we were checking-in. Since the rooms have no physical key and only open with a key-code, we didn’t get the code for our room during check-in. Rather staff had to manually open the door to our room, and we got the code for the room parking garage only later. Unfortunately, when returning later in the evening, the provided code for the garage didn‘t work any longer. Apparently the code was changed during the last few hours, but the hotel-staff didn’t tell us. After ringing the bell at the garage, the reception opened the gate remotely, but didn’t give us the new code. As a result, we couldn’t enter the hotel directly from the garage, but rather had to walk around the building to the front entrance. The front entrance was closed (approx. 22:00), but since we didn’t have the new entry-code, we had to knock several times before the staff was finally letting us in.
All in all an annoying experience….
