The hotel is very conveniently located to the subway/train station. The room itself was not a modern as the rooms of the other hotels I stayed in during my two weeks in Japan. The check in staff was not very welcoming.

Room was clean except for the shelves in the bedroom were covered in dust. Bed was super comfy. Closest station was about 5-10min walk depending on the traffic lights. Being next to Tokyo tower was great; we never got lost getting back to the hotel. Everything seemed great; only complaint was the hostess at the steakhouse was super disrespectful and has no customer service skills. We were very surprised. All the other staff were great.

This place is gorgeous inside and top-tier customer service from the moment you arrive in a taxi. They took our luggages to bring to the room, spoke terrific English to help us with check-in, and wonderful sky lounge buffet with a perfect view of Tokyo Tower. Everyone was very sweet and attentive. The room gives a bit of a retro elegance feel similar to hotels that offer tea times. Water from shower needed time to get hot but otherwise it was a nice stay! Convenient to Tokyo Tower!

Really wonderful hotel. Large with an amazing view from the room. Great beds that are super big and comfortable (we did the king size bed). Room service was average but fast. All the restaurants were decent food but not amazing. Very expensive and very small portions. The roof top bar charges just to sit at the table and was definitely overpriced.

We always end our trip here as it's a beautiful location in front of Temples and the Tokyo Tower. Less busier than Shinjuku and Shibuya but a subway ride away to all that and other attractions. This is our 2nd time staying here and we love the lux feel and care from the team at the Tokyo Tower. The top level 33 lounge bar is amazing for views and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for lux comfort away from the busy cities.

Its is a nice hotel and nice rooms, but the bathrooms need a good cleaning. There are good options for dining. But don't think you can get into the sky bar. It is imposible for tourists.
