We would do it again.
This hotel has a friendly staff and was much cleaner than we expected. The room was spotless and the jetted tub worked great with plenty of hot water. Here’s the deal- this is an older hotel that’s trying to keep up with the times and maintenance. Don’t get caught up looking for faults (like the hallway carpet wrinkles and mismatched areas) or you’ll find plenty but none have any bearing on the quality of your stay. At least this was our experience.

The hotel suited our needs just fine. It was nice to find a hotel with 3 beds so it suited our family + grandparents well. We were disappointed to not be able to use the Jacuzzi. For some reason they kept the doors to the lobby and the hallway open and it was so chilly in the hotel. Thankfully our room had a good heater. We unfortunately had children come down with the flu and they were quick to get us clean towels and sheets as needed. It was a mediocre stay. Nothing fancy but suited our needs just fine.

Do not recommend
The room smelled like cigarettes and bad body odor. They never came in to clean or replace towels, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We were there 3 nights and the keycard to get in the room quit working everyday, so we had to keep going back to get it reactivated.

I have been eyeing this hotel for years and while we are local, I just couldn’t justify a weekend on site….until now! This weekend was to celebrate my 41st birthday and staying at Lemon Tree was the BEST decision! We got the room with the jacuzzi and omgeeee! Let me say this, after a long Disneyland day - that jacuzzi is absolutely needed! The room overall was more beautiful than expected. The photos on-site don’t do this place justice! Cleanliness was at 100%. Friendly staff, felt like family whenever we needed to let them know something or ask a question. They even allowed us a late check out as we have a 7mo old and getting up and around tends to be delayed these days. If you haven’t stayed at Lemon Tree, please give it a chance! You won’t be disappointed at all!

Not bad at all. The only thing i can say is that before they were a bit more uptight on the parking spaces making sure everyone that is staying there has a place to park. Now that the place is free roam it makes it tougher for parking space. I saw 3 to 2 cars going into one room. I hope that the place starts to handle parking like before.

I wouldnt stay again
Worst stay I’ve had in a long time. The walls were sooooo thin. we had to listen to our neighbors tv all night. I could hear it so clear, I could literally tell what show they were watching. Made it really difficult to sleep. The room overall was run down and dirty. From the bathroom floor, the carpet, the phone. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke (in a non smoking room) pillows were too small, and looked ridiculous on the bed. The phone was so old, when I was trying to check out, the connection was non stop static and I could barely understand the desk clerk.

A nice stay
Our stay was good tje beds were a little lumpy, and when taking a shower the water would not go down easy. The room was clean though and was well sticked with towels and toiletries. We were gone for the day and went to enter our room and our cards would not work and would have to get them to reactive them again twice. It was some small thongs, but other than these small hiccups our stay was good.
