For beer pong bunk bed grunge kids only.
Disgusting room. Clumps of hair on shower wall, awful bed. Right on Fairfax with windows that did not block the traffic sounds not the hanging around smokers. Clustered electric chords for lights and fan, fire hazard, noisy useless fan and no other option besides opening aforementioned window and basically sleeping right next to a sidewalk in a pretty drug infested neighborhood. I canceled my second night and left.

Well that was a mistake
I gotta say, if you need a bed and you won't mind bugs crawling over you, or a lack of air conditioning, or the fact that you're clearly sleeping in a converted hospital or asylum, then you're going to love the place. Me, not so much, I left shortly after checking in and found another hotel.
