Absolutely fabulous! The hotel smelt gorgeous . The lobby was luxury with a real fire pit . Staff were EXCELLENT friendly and helpful . The rooms were clean and comfortable! Food was great , drinks weee great ! . There was soo much to do . The spa was stunning , they had golf, pool table and several restaurants on site . The hotel is local to town. You can take the tram which is so quick .

Fine, though less than expected.
The hotel room was nice, though we stayed in the JQ upper floors, and there the rooms, for example, did not have drawers in the night stands, didn´t have much closet space, did not provide additional toiletries, etc. Overall the room was pretty but very basic in its functionalities. The breakfast was really good, which we enjoyed. Would be nice to have more vegan and lactose free options. The spa was also very basic, with one dry and one steam sauna, and a couple of pools. The warm pool was VERY unhygienic with dirt specs floating all around. This is the main reason for my lower grade of the hotel. We also did not like the feeling of so many add-ons. Stay longer for x amount of money, take the robe for x amount of money, etc etc. One gets the feeling of being commodified and like they´re after your money.

Mycket fint rum
Ett jättefint och välskött hotell, mitt rum hade alla tänkbara bekvämligheter och personalen ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Det kan ändå vara bra att veta om att det är hög musik, diskoboll & massor av folk som besöker spa/gym även en onsdag i februari. Hotellet har även en mycket stark doftprofil som faktiskt blir påträngande efter ett par dagar (jag var där i tre nätter). Så om man bara behöver jobba, sova och träna finns andra mer passande alternativ.

Fina rum, god frukost och mycket trevlig personal i restaurang. Vi blev dock besvikna när vi redan kl 12.30 i receptionen bad om att få våra två rum bredvid varandra eller åtminstone på samma våningsplan. Det var inga problem och vi gick på stan och åt lunch i lugn och ro i väntan på att checka in igen lite senare. När vi väl kom till hotellet igen så fick vi info i receptionen att det inte fanns några rum kvar för incheckning att välja på så vi fick rum på olika våningsplan ändå trots att vi blivit lovade att få rum bredvid varandra innan.
