The surroundings

The nearest beaches are those of PUNTA RASET. It is a wide sandy beach, not saturated and perfectly maintained. The Port of Denia is at a distance of about 900m, with a wide range of activities for adults and children and with access for people with reduced mobility. Restaurants, supermarkets, kiosk, bakery, cafeteria etc... a few meters. Nearby there are bicycle rentals, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, next to the marina, and a few kilometres away you will find horse riding, golf, karting, surf school, drive-in cinema, and the multitude of services and activities that Denia has to offer. Denia is situated four hours from Madrid by car and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean coast. Nearest airports - Alicante and Valencia are 1 hour away on the AP7 motorway. From the AP7 take exit 62 Ondara/Denia/Javea towards Denia. From Denia take the Las Marinas road to Km 3.5.
