Our stay was perfect. We had a volleyball tournament in the area, my other children do not like to go and stay all day so I brought some other family members to keep them company which they had a blast all day at the resort with all the stuff to day while I attend the tournament.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our microwave handle was broken and they wanted to move us when it couldn’t be fixed at that time. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room area. The pools are amazing and great for families! I wanted to do the lazy river but it wasn’t warm enough when we were there. Used the hot tubs!

LOVED the apartment-like rooms and having a FULL kitchen! My kids (11, 7, 6) loved the indoor waterpark (too cold outside for the outdoor one). The activities for kids were great and the are behind the hotel with super cute and quite a surprise! Will definitely be back!

Great fit for a large family

We have a large family, 5 children plus mom/dad. We had 2 bathrooms, which worked well for our family size. The living area was spacious. I liked having a washer/dryer in the room as it helped stay on top of all the laundry. The kichen was also convenient, though it is very basically stocked. I would highly recommend the Resort at Govenor's.

Great Customer Service

The customer service and care was excellent. I had a couple of minor issues- we could not get the TV to work. Sent a text to customer care and help was at the door within 5 min. Needed extra blankets and again, sent a text and someone was at the door with them. The service was excellent. This is also a child friendly resort. Perfect for families so expect to here little feet running around & a few cries throughout the night. This is not for adults only. I will be back.
