Our room was changed from 401 to 413 and to me it must have been the nosiest room in the hotel as it was above the bar and you could hear the music very loudly in our room, and it went on until 11 pm, then early morning staff where not light footed, and woke me up both mornings with heavy walking in the corridor and the banging of fire doors, the bed was not very comfortable and the
TV was nor facing the bed and was uncomfortable to watch from the bed, the head board was next to the corridor which made the head board squeak when people walked heavily by.
At breakfast the fried eggs may have well been hard boiled the bacon was hard and so was the potato bread, the scrambled eggs where soggy the only thing enjoyable was the fresh orange juice and sausage, very disappointed, as my daughter stayed there not so long ago and said how good her room and bed where and being on the top floor must have been a lot more quieter.
the best thing I liked was being able to go for a swim although I thought the water in the pool was a little too deep as I am not so tall, the Swedish massage and mud bath were great. the staff where very friendly and helpful and polite, every thing else was clean and respectable, parking for disabled was also good. maybe I just got a bad room, might be back again, if I could pick my room.
