This is an amazingly located hotel right next to the main train station in Munich and along a main street with tons of shops and restaurants.
The location couldn't be better for someone who has an early/late train out of the Hauptbanhof or wants to be somewhere close to public transportation.
The hotel was very clean, everything seemed to work perfectly fine and I didn't see any major problems at all with anything in the building.
I arrived very early the day of check in and while the staff couldn't check me in early, they graciously offered to store my backpack so I could sightsee around until check in time, which was appreciated.
The only issues with the hotel that I had were that I was here in mid-June, which got fairly warm. Seeing that there is no AC in the hotel, which is common for European hotels, I was forced to open the window to the main street, which got very noisy throughout the dead of the night, especially with the aforementioned closely located bars and restaurants being almost directly below the window. This didn't help for a good nights sleep in the slightest but it could have been much worse.
