I asked to pay for a room upgrade one week ahead. I was told it was not possible without canceling my current booking and being charged the full stay. When I arrived at the property i was giving a room with 1 missing door because it broke the week prior and the main slider (floor to ceiling) would come of the hinges. If the hotel knew there was a broken door i should had been notified. I walked to another cabin the next day after i checked in to look if there cabin was the same. I took a video. I notified the property and was told i could change rooms. I should have be notified and giving the options to leave without having to check-in and pay.
