Room with a bad smell
Booked for a queen ocean view room, when arrived room smelt of sewerage, management came and cleaned bathroom , however odour was still there. They changed my room to another room, however room was a very basic old unrenovated room, not even a chair to sit on in it. I was still charged for the queen ocean view room that i had booked, when spoke to management when leaving, i was told someone would be in contact, that was 4 days ago and heard nothing.

There is such a variation in rooms that are supposedly the same. Previously I had a standard room which had a full sized fridge, microwave and couch. This stay: none of those and not even a seat in the room. The bar downstairs is ridiculously noisy

Brilliant hotel that has everything onsite.
Such a great holiday stay. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach- amazing. Huge pool, restaurant had an excellent, well priced menu. Enjoyed a relaxing massage at the on-site Spa. Could not fault this hotel and will definitely return.
