The property is very aged. The furnitures in the room are very cheap. The whole place feels more like a low cost student hostel than a hotel.
For the price, it's certainly not worth it.

Steer Clear (Unless you have no other options).
Not sure if the room we stayed in has been cleaned anytime in the last few weeks. There were insect pupae hanging from the ceiling, walls were all marked up and stained, and it seemed like everything in the bathroom was just one turn away from breaking.
The hallways reeked like a cat’s liter box and the beds were basically completely blown out and just dipped down in the middle.
The walls were super thin and if the sound of the hotels water pipes and other residents doesn’t keep you up, the obscenely loud refrigerator would definitely keep you up all night.
Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Taiwan, but definitely close to it.
Check-In was super convenient, but that was the only good thing about the whole experience.

Location was not too bad, just beside Moat Park, central, near to train station too. Design, facilities and rooms are dated, would probably looked magnificent 20 years ago

not interested to be back to this hotel again
Is a huge but very run down hotel. The wall paper is tearing, mould here & there, They touch up the broken area but is badly done. Mushy smell. the room size is decent.
What surprise us is the housekeeping is not 24 hours... the operating hour is 9am till 5pm. we try asking for vaccum services in the room at 6pm and was told the staffs is gone for the day and whole hotel only has 4 staffs working now, and they are the front desk staffs only.
The hotel has coin laundry services at level 10.
