    Very good 8.0
negatives: no view. no internet in room, room key didn't work so I had to ask to be let in each time (10 times a day: after breakfast, after shopping, after pool, after lunch, etc.) positives: very spacious room, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast included

    Great location, very clean
Great location just a short walk from Piazza Tasso, supermarket, resturaunrts, port & train/bus station a 5 minute walk. Hotel staff were helpful & friendly. My single room was very clean & serviced each day. However it was a bit on the small side, single bed that wasn't super comfortable & it didn't have a balcony. The pool & lounger area is pretty small & while I was there it was very crowded. The pool does not have a kiddies area & was pretty deep. Lovely quiet rooftop bar.

    Very good 8.0
Hotel is a good mid-range hotel. Room a decent size for 4 people and kept clean. Pool was good for cooling down in - although quite deep. Great location for town, train snd bus station. Only real improvement would be better hairdryers as current ones are very weak.

It doesn't look a 4 star hotel with limited facilites.

    Not good enough
The hotel has a good pool, and the restaurant and pool staff were very nice. But the recepcion staff wasn’t very welcoming. Also the room was very small, the bed very bad the hotel it’s so noisy, you can hear everything the people talk in the street even with the windows closed. Just to say thanks to the guy in the pool that was very professional and kindly.

    Good hotel in convenient location
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The air conditioning/heating worked. We were in a disabled room (we're not disabled) which was noisy as it was near reception, directly above the restaurant, and next to the plumbing system, however, we only booked a few days before so perhaps choice was limited. Price was reasonable compared to similar hotels. There was a good selection for breakfast. Dinner is available for 20 euro per person but we decided to go out each night instead. The best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, with gorgeous views over the Bay of Naples. The service was generally excellent, except for a weird conversation after we had checked out about us eating peanuts from the mini-bar, which we hadn't done. The hotel location is convenient for the station and town centre (10 min walk), and it feels safe. It would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room, but this doesn't seem to be standard in Italy. We didn't use the pool facilities. We would happily stay here again, although I would say it's like a very good 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star experience.

    Unhappy with noisy room
Our room (107) was right outside the bar so was very noisy. When we asked about switching rooms, we were told none were available. They said that’s what you get when you book a standard room.

    A great week away.
It was a relaxing week exploring the area using public transport. The hotel was well located for Sorrento and transport to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. There were plenty of places to eat to suit taste and budget. The roof terrace was great for evening drinks with a fantastic view over the bay.
