Best place to stay in the area.
We had a little problem with the TV at first, but Olivia came and got everything fixed. The room was comfy and with nice amenities. It got loud after 10pm but we understand a wedding was going on so good for them for having fun. We were watching TV and not trying to sleep, so it was fine. We will be back.

Good location
The hotel is clean and safe. The front desk is in another building so there is little interaction. We had two rooms on the first floor and there was a mechanical noise outside our room that kept me awake one night. Also, there was often not enough hot water for two short showers, we ran out of hot water three times in three days. It is a good location for visiting family so we will likely stay again, but there is room for improvement.

The grounds around the property were beautiful. Lots of maintenance going on there. The rooms were under refurbishment and not completed but rented out. Our room was handicapped accessible but not completed. The shower curtain was positioned so water ran off it onto the floor making it extremely slippery. There were no handrails installed in or around the shower area. There was no shelf for shower accessories and none were provided. We had to put our accessories on the shower floor. The shower curtain rod fell down 3 times during my stay and had to wedge it in place with wet paper toweling. The ceiling exhaust vent cover above the shower was completely blocked with dirt and dust and after notifying the front desk, nothing was done about it. Tile caulking around the shower tile had not been done and the baseboard molding up to the shower tile was loose and an inch away from the wall. The room was not made up after the first night, we stayed two, and was later informed that house keeping only cleans after your stay of two days or more. I expected much more from this hotel for the price we paid.

Checkin was not good. The receptionist couldn’t tell whether the room was ready. Need the manager to come to her rescue.i don’t understand why it takes 4 steps to get a picture. It took me 5 tries. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. My wife didn’t feel safe using the shower because there was no bar to hold onto. On the positive side we had a good dinner and enjoyed the singer
