Wonderful, charming stay

Very charming hotel! I loved the old, antique feel, upgraded with some modern touches. The overall historical feel was preserved, and the nice modern touches in the bathroom blended in, without taking away from the old charm. Service was also excellent - all of the women at the reception desk were super nice and friendly.

Great location but the hotel was empty and not clean. We had three rooms, one of the rooms had chips under the bed, the other room seemed like it was being renovated it had touch up paint covering the mold and the toilet bowls and showers were awful in all three rooms

El lugar es muy antiguo, tiene áreas de época bonitas, pero debería modernizarse, por ejemplo, tiene habitaciones donde bien pudiera instalar un mini refrigerador y micro. Es por este tipo de detalles, que uno prefiere quedarse en los airbnb. le hace falta mantenimiento al baño, en fin, lo único que tiene es que esa en el zócalo, y eso hace que uno se pueda mover en el centro histórico.

La limpieza del baño en puertas corredizas y coladera no está bien, cuando se baña la suciedad sale de la coladera eso puede ocasionar una infección, todo lo demás bien

No fue un buen descanso

La ubicación del hotel es buena ya que se encuentra en el centro, y muy cerca del malecón. Rentamos 2 habitaciones, estaban muy sencillas para el precio que pagamos, y uno de los baños estaba en mal estado, los colchones estan bastante incomodos, duros y viejos, no descansamos muy bien, y finalmente en recepcion el trato no fue grosero pero si muy serio.
