Avoid…avoid
We arrived and no one is manning the front desk. We waited for over 15 minutes until a couple of staff came. They clearly came from there break. No apologies, just a smirk on her face. She checked me in, gave me a key card. She was rummaging the storage under the ledge to search for a sleeve for the key cards which I interrupted after frantically searching for that keycard sleeve. I told her, it’s not necessary for me. You can hand me the cards. When we went to our room #315, it is the DIRTIEST room I’ve ever been. Sofa cushion has food residue. Just filthy. I phoned front desk “her” to ask for extra bed sheets and beddings for the sofa bed and in her uninteresting voice told me “you can go here at front to pick it up”. I was like, “W..T...F” Because I was so tired and just wanted to rest, i went down. Again, both of them were just staring on seems to be their phones. Never again on this filthy hotel

Nova inn is the worst hotel to be staying at, during a family trip. The walls and doors are so thin could literally hear a women getting gang bang. I called security and they warned them.. that was it.. the front desk didnt move us to a different room and the floor we are staying on (3rd floor) smells like cigarette's. Bad, so bad. 3 doors down from our room, a hotel party happening aswell.. just an rough night in a ghetto hotel.. last time staying here!!

We booked Nova Inn for five days 4 nights. When we arrived, we were informed that this location was overbooked and send us to Chateau NOVA Hotel which is so much better than NOVA Inn the comments we provided was based on Chateau NOVA Hotel, NOT Nova Inn. It's just the service provided by the staff was excellent.

The evening front staff person was rude and lacked any intention in helping when our TV didn’t work other then asking me what I did to it. When asked for recommendation of places to go for dinner, she had no options to suggest, just stared at us blankly. Room was ok and the beds were very comfortable. Good location and easy to park.

The hotel was dated. The carpet had stains, but it was clean. The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and an electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable. There was no air conditioner, but there was a swap cooler that worked and provided white noise while sleeping. The swamp cooler took over the window/desk area. There was no real area to "hang out." The evening staff was much friendlier than the daytime staff. Overall, it was a convenient location, the area seemed safe, and I would stay there again. What amazes me is that any hotel would still have carpet! Vinyl flooring is much easier to clean and doesn't show stains!
