The Perfect Hotel Stay

The hotel was great, the cleanliness was perfect. I loved our room, the big shower so lovely. The price was great. The breakfast was off the chain it was good. I just have one problem. No place for a phone cable. I left my charging block (cube) at home. Therefore i couldn't charge my phone. Me and several other people have to charge our phone in our cars 🚗. But i had a lovely stay. Thanks.

Fix it up, please!

Overnight stay traveling through…happy to find a place and the price was good but the condition of the room was certainly not up to par for the Residence Inn. There was a lot of water damage…bubbling wall paper, furniture damage, broken mirror and the bathroom door stuck and made a terrible noise when opening and closing. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable but the heating system was very noisy and woke us throughout the night. We would recommend not renting this room until it is updated! The breakfast in the morning was good and the service personnel at the front desk was pleasant.

Staff was friendly but hotel needs a desperate remodel, wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathroom, dishwasher doesn’t open all the way and carpet is worn. Breakfast was okay, bedroom was too small for the furniture but the bed was comfortable.
