Fraudulent, horrible experience.
This establishment is a fraud. I booked and paid for an apartment with king bed and kitchen. They gave away my room and gave me a room with a broken bed, dirty and no hot water, safety lock on the door was broken. The safe had a hole in it and had to pay for it daily. No compensation at all. I will never be back. This was a horrible experience.

When I got there on the first day of my trip the television was not working, I reported it to the front desk. It took six days for them to repair the television. Some of the open buffets I was not able to go to , because I was not a member of the faculty. They tried to sell me a membership, but I believe if you want to sell me a membership , i should experience the whole facility first.

During Thanksgiving most of the pools were closed. Our kids in the group were asked to get out of the pool during the afternoon. This was the pool outside the crown residence room were we stayed. Food quality is sub standard. Not an international cuisine property. Limited drinks, only if you are a member there may be high bar or else it’s just wine, beer and cheap cocktails. Waiters and kitchen staff is awesome and they are innocent. Front desk did a good job, but they are bound by management instructions. Overall average property, but ok if you doing a short vacation. Lots of improvements needed by the management to attract good crowd !

Extremely big, you have to shuttle everywhere, the shuttle system is really good very consistent. Food was amazing a lot of variety. Staff is really nice place is clean well kept the shows were amazing! The place is very kid friendly there’s always activities going on.
