Beautiful hotel
A bit of a rough start, but Alex and the staff turned it around to make for a perfect vacation. That pic was the view from my bed...

Very nice beach front hotel with great breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Manager Alex is always at the reception ready to help in any case. All the personnel are kind as well. What I need to point out as negative is very poor WiFi.The hotel might need some refreshments.

Hotel Casablanca Jan 2020
We spent two days at Hotel Casablanca and were very pleased with the property. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We flew on Copa Airlines and got there early in the morning. They were able to get a room for us by 1030AM, which was wonderful. The staff at Coco's Bar were very accommodating. The location was great. We liked being able to walk to the beach.

Better than the city, but nothing special
Compared to the stunning San Luis’ ugliness surrounding it, this hotel is certainly a haven. However, in absolute terms it is nothing special and is rather overpriced. Rooms are comfortable, service at reception mechanic and not very helpful, WiFi a disaster, the swimming pool area overall depressing. Advantage: it is right on the beautiful city beach, which will allow you to turn your back to the city for most of your stay.

Not Impressed
WIFI Terrible. Food was terrible. AC aun my room was not working properly. I reported it 3 times and they claimed to have “Checked” it.

Nice hotel but lots of street noise
The room was really loud!! Lots of street traffic outside the windows. Need double pained Windows to block out the noise. The window in the bathroom did not lock (which is not safe right above the street.) The maid wet mopped the floor but did not dry the floor. Which made the tiles slippery and it did not dry for hours!

Great hotel ,
I paid a lot of extra $ to book a room with balcony and ocean view, and when I finish up my check in and got my keys I was sent to regular no view , no balcony, no ocean, no WiFi , no hot water, ... I checked in really late because of the flight schedule, Bybthr next morning I showed the receptionist my booking confirmation with A sea view and balcony ,and the answer that I’ve got it was “ Expedia - Hotels.com , doesn’t know our inventory... I questioned her because The hotel has rooms with balcony, and she told that I could change rooms in the end of the day... arriving from my scuba dive After a long day I was just dreaming about my balcony but as a surprise she told me that she couldn’t change ... check back again tomorrow... at day 3 , After all the arguing and discussions I was able to be in Room with a balcony... spending almost 400$ a night I at least expected the room as described... and them I after 3 Days of struggle I could finally enjoy the last three days of my vacation... Such a shame, The hotel is really beautiful, breakfast and food are awesome, really upset I’m being abused regarding the extra $ for the room that aí selected was noticeably oversold...
