On hotels.com website, it says valet parking. But this hotel's location is not car accessible. They sent me an email late afternoon on the day of my check in about how to get to the hotel. I did not see it necause I did not use roaming service. So when we drove near the property, we saw blocked road. So we found a near by parking lot and carried our luggage for several blocks. It is very inconvnient. On hotels.com website, they aslo says slippers are provided. But when we asked for slippers, they do not have any pair in the hotel. It is another inconvnient. I chose the hotel according the service they provided, which I did not get. The breakfast is quite ok. And you can get one glass of wine during the happy hour. One late night, I was hungry and I asked for some food and they gave me croissant. I would gave the place 4 stars if there was no issue with car access and slippers.
