    Staycation with a view
The views of the Strip are the best in the city. Spectacular in day and night. The bed was enormous yet cozy and so comfortable.

Rooms in Need of Serious Updating
This was our third stay at this hotel, however this time there was only one tower open, and from the looks of things it had to have been the oldest tower. The room, equipped with a kitchenette, and while spacious, needs serious updating, and the pull out bed was so awful we couldn’t use it. Friendly enough staff, but will only stay there again if I am in the main (where the casino is) tower.

Excellent views and a filthy refrigerator
I arrived at the property on Saturday evening and was surprised to see how organized and distanced everything was. There were self serve kiosks to check in and hand sanitizer throughout the lobby. When I entered my room, the high rise views and decor were a welcome sight after a long drive. However, upon closer inspection the refrigerator was poorly cleaned, full of black mold and barely functioning. This required me to clean the rest of the rooms fixtures myself and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall the stay was positive, but unsettling to see that there was room for improvement in such a critical area.

    Great Stay as Usual
They did a great job with the safety features and adhering to the CDC guidelines during this pandemic. They made to sure each guest stood at least 6 feet apart and had automated kiosks at check in. The door to my room at a red sticker stating that the room was sanitized and sealed for my protection.

    Disappointed Local
2 hours ago on Google The room was disgustingly dirty. I had the king strip view suite that shoes the entire city at a great view. I made them aware of the badly cleaned room and requested Lysol wipes if they were not going to clean the room in it's entirety. They said yes, but never made it to my room to drop them off. There was disgusting trash inside the dishwasher. The large bath towels in the bathroom had splats of pink on them and as a woman, ewwwww. These rooms are too nice to not be taken care of the way they should be taken care of. I did not want to touch anything in the room because I was disgusted. This was 2 days before the quarantine took place. I was very disappointed in the Palms Place. The Palms Hotel was not this way; very nice and clean. The Palms Place Hotel was completely the opposite. I was not comfortable in my room whatsoever and would prefer to have stayed at a lesser hotel in name and prices as my favorites of the Sahara or Gold Spike. As a multi-generational native of LV, I know this is not the norm. I have stayed there before as well as visited years prior. I am giving the room 2 stars because of the amazing view and large size of the room.

    Palms Place & Pleased
I was really pleased with the hotel. The staff was great. The rooms were really clean and so many restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. I also loved the balcony that looked down on the city. Such a beautiful state and if I return I will choose Palms Place again. Only thing that I wasn't pleased with is that we had to check out 3 days earlier than anticipated because of the coronavirus shut down but we did receive our money back in a timely fashion. Will book again

    Great rate but dirty
Great rate but room was dirty and bathroom door lock was busted because someone must have been locked inside before. It happened while we were there and no one touched the lock.

    Please Clean!!!
The room they gave me initially was dirty and had cigarette burns on the furniture and carpet so they upgaded to a suite, however that room was equally as dirty. I really think they should spend more time cleaning, it was very disappointing
