The Grant is in the perfect location. It is just a block from Johnson Square, where almost all of the tours we took started. It is right in the middle of some great shopping, all of the historic sights, so many restaurants, and all of the beautiful squares. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed. The elevator was a nice amenity.

We were a family of five who wanted to stay in the historical district close to restaurants and acticivities. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was spacious. It was well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine etc which was great for us travellibg with children. We can definitaly recommend this stay to others. The only minor complaint is that it is quite noisy from the hallway and from the outside. For us ut wasnt an issue, but if you want something very quiet, this place night not be for you.

Great Location for a Long Weekend
The space was very comfortable and great location. We were three girlfriends in for a long weekend so the fact that we were so centrally located in a walkable area was key. There was some street noise from Broughton Friday and Saturday night, but that was to be expected in such a prime area. Communication was great with easy check in/out. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was better than expected. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would need. It is truly walkable to any location. It is a busy area with a lot of nightlife and can get noisy, particularly if there is a singer/band playing next door. If you dont mind that, it is perfect. Just a recommendation, a full body mirror would be so great.
