One hotel Casablanca was conveniently located and a walkable distance to a number of places. The hotel provides daily housekeeping which keeps the hotel and rooms clean. The staff was very helpful and eager to assist guests.

We stayed inky one night (didn't sleep because the whole room was disgusting) and left. I lost the money of 3 other nights. Gave us a very bad tase of first day in Casablanca that followed us for the rest of the trip.

I would not stay here ever again disgusting, staff at front desk were amazing. Breakfast staff was nasty and had attitudes. Also so many men hanging around front of hotel to harass customers and try to get money from you. This is not a 5 star hotel

Skip this hotel
The good: The service was excellent. The staff all went above and beyond. Our balcony was really nice. Breakfast has a nice variety and yummy juice. The bad: There is hardly any parking. We rented a Fiat and were only able to get parking because our car is so small. There are only 3-4 parking spaces out front, otherwise you have to try to find street parking on the busy street. The hotel itself feels a little worn. The bed was harder than any mattress I've ever used. It felt like sleeping on the floor. There are no blankets provided, only one single flat sheet. We were cold. The shower leaked. The street noise at night was awful and made sleeping difficult.

Not bad.
My stay was good in general. My only concern was the shower room wall and much was done in black marble but showed lack of care. The wall doesn’t get cleaned as it should!!

Far far away from 5* hotel
This was probably 5* hotel when they build it but now is 3* at most. Furniture is old and full of stains. When I turned on AC it smelled so I turned off immediately. Breakfast is basic nothing special. Personnel is helpful.
Erik, 2-night trip

Needs a lot of improvement. To expensive, breakfast horrible.

Not what expected
Far from a 5 stars, really disappointed. Economic price but doesn’t worth the economy.

The bathrooms need to be rehabilitated
I booked the hotel because it is the nearest "five"-star hotel in the city center that suits me. My expectations were quite low but the bathrooms really need to be rehabilitated. The room was big but I could hear everyone speaking in the corridor, and even the rooms above me. The employees were helpful and courteous though. That saved everything.

BED BUGS!!! We checked into the room and first noticed there was garbage still on the floor so it wasnt properly cleaned. We went out for the day and asked them to clean the room. Came pack a few hours later and room was never cleaned and we lifted the sheets and there DOZENS of bed rugs laying around. They offered us a other room and when they took us up the room obviously hasnt been cleaned as all the trash cans were still full of the prvious guests trash. At that point we didnt feel comfortable staying there and went to another hotel. They refuse to refund and were not gelpdul at all so definitely beware.

Terrible experience
Since I booked a double room, they sold my room and offer my 5 persons room, unfortunately the faucet was out of order and towels were really dirty, there have a lot of stains. The sleep area have many mirror on the well surround. The feeling was extremely poor. They changed back the room type I booked but no improvement. How come they got that high standard in Hotels.com website. They classified 5 stars hotel, Strange
Kang Tong, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hassan at the front desk, zakaria and all the staff are 5 stars. I have yet to meet hotel staff as nice as they are. They went out of their way to make sure we're comfortable and taught us how to call and use taxis without being ripped off. Frankly, they were the highlight of this stay. The hotel itself is decent but nowhere close to 5 stars, maybe more like 3 stars. The location is not touristic. It's safe but not the best location. I would certainly consider staying here again if i were visiting for business purposes and mostly for how nice all the staff were. No exceptions.

I was charged city tax at check in despite being paid to via Expedia. When I questioned I was told to check with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told that someone will get back to me. Which they never did. Overall bad experience. The only good part was the buffet breakfast.
Azhar, 6-night trip

While the staffs are trying to mitigate the shortcomings of the management, the management is doing little to improve the experience for the guests. Our room 105 had roaches that we had to squat in the bathroom and ask the bell boy to remove it. One of the bed sheets had hair and the other had stain on the side and in the middle. The TV was so dusty that it wasn't clear when the last clean was for that room. The location of the hotel is in a shady street. If you are looking to get good experience in Casablanca, you are better off with a different hotel as the pictures here are misleading.
