I had a wonderful stay at Bora. The staff was lovely and were always available. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the pool and each room has its own roof deck which was awesome. The beach ( La Punta) is about a 10 minute walk which was not bad at all. Down at the beach there are a ton of food options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bora Botique is a unique experience than your average hotel. Each room has it’s own roof top balcony. The food and drink’s are very delicious. Mezcal mixed drinks are a must! And something very important for me when I’m out of town is a good mattress. I slept very comfortable during my stay at Bora Boutique. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Bora Boutique! Especially the staff were so nice and helpful! The pool area is beautifully designed with all the seating places. The room is big and spacious, and of course the private terrace is one of the best parts. The room could use some small improvements, like a curtain that lets through light but is not see through and a bigger closet. Other than that, we loved it at Bora Boutique! I would recommend renting a scooter to go to the beach and around :)

Very poor security, a man was seen at night watching the rooms from behind. And they should say that nothing is around and you cant take a walk to any "near" place.

El hotel no tiene planta de luz propia. En nuestra primera noche la luz se fue a las 11pm y regresó 12 horas después. Sin luz, tampoco hubo agua porque la bomba no servía. Tuvimos que dormir sin aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y tampoco agua. Por si fuera poco, otros huéspedes salieron al lobby en la madrugada y el encargado de la recepción les estuvo dando cervezas y se convirtió en una fiesta con mucho ruido cuando en su reglamento piden silencio y dejan de vender alcohol en la noche. Ellos rompieron sus propias reglas. Al final aceptaron devolverme el dinero de una noche pero la otra sí la tuve que pagar.

It’s a nice property, nice staff. But the bed was extremely soft and also the shower didn’t have hot water but i like cold showers. A little far from the beach but not by much. Overall great with a few small issues.

Bonitas instalaciones, el Roof de cada habitación es muy lindo. La cama y almohadas son incómodas. Pero lo que menos nos gustó fue la poca capacitación del personal, no conocen estándares de un hotel del nivel que pretende ser éste. Tratan de hacerlo bien, pero por ej no conocen bien lo que ofrecen en la carta del restaurante; nos dieron una lista de precios de masajes que no era vigente y tuvimos que pagar $400 más del supuesto precio original, aparte de que nunca nos confirmaron las citas, y de repente llegaron las chicas del masaje (por casualidad estábamos en el hotel); tampoco conocían bien los tours que ofrecen; para cerrar, tenemos nivel gold y pedimos una hora más para el check out y dijeron que no porque estaban llenos, aunque había 3 habitaciones ocupadas; y muchas cosas más que la gerente nos pidió especificar por chat, pero aunque nos tomamos el tiempo de hacerlo como retroalimentación para mejorar, nos dejó en visto ☹️ Ahí se nota la falta de cuidado al cliente, que al final también es la falta de cuidado en capacitar y supervisar a su personal. Lástima, porque el lugar es bonito. Ojalá fuera tan amable como su IA, que contesta y resuelve de buen modo. No volveremos.

Excelente lugar si quieres relajarte, las instalaciones y el personal son de 10. Recomiendo rentar coche ya que está un poco lejos de la playa y la zona de restaurantes, es pura subida y las calles son puras piedras y pocas están pavimentadas.
