Beautiful 5-star hotel in Vientiane. It is a bit out of the tourist and downtown area but it’s quiet and just a short taxi ride there. They also offer a shuttle. The service was exceptionally friendly and they helped us with an early-morning taxi to the airport. And we had lunch in their restaurant which was delicious and Jen was lovely.

Very warm and happy colleagues. Hotel looks directly on to the Mekong River. Good gym and small swimming pool which is open air (limited spaces), relaxing all the same. Shuttle bus to the centre, which is around a miles walk. Enjoyable for a few nights stay.

The property and location was ok. Service was average, we booked rooms with king beds, they tried to give us single beds, and then wanted to push them together, and then offered a different room with a king bed but was a lower standard room then we booked and paid for. Have stayed in better hotels in Vientiane.
