Very good
First room was behind the front desk, noisy from voices late at night and6 in the morning. Dark and tiny . We felt as we were in a closet. Moved for next 3 nights . Up On higher floor. Equally small but lighter with a lovely view . Began to realize that the old hotels have limited space. Website says hit and cold breakfast. Breakfast room is being renovated. A bag of breakfast delivered each day to your room . We found the staff friendly and helpful Location was fabulous. Warm cozy hotel and would definitely go back !

Cute hotel
We had a lovely room, which was small but well laid out and very comfortable. The staff were all very welcoming and the downstairs bar was lovely. The only downside would be that the breakfast area was not very big so it get very busy.

Great location and friendly staff. VBeds were very comfortable but a bit narrow. Slept ok though! Very the Museum Square tram stop.

4 nights in very small double room, but with good bathroom. Bed too soft. Property seems unsuitable as a hotel. Narrow and labyrinthic corridors. Steep and uncomfortable stairs. Breakfast restaurant too small, narrow, and very crowded. But very kind and pleasant staff. And perfect location next to the museums. I wonder what would happen in case of fire.

Great location for museums, sweet staff, but rooms are small and beds are smaller. Breakfast was barely adequate.

Lovely stay in the heart of the museum district
Lovely stay - in a great position near the canal district. Very comfortable room with beds - Access could be easier for my elderly mother in law (who was with us). Lift only went down to ground floor and not to the basement where breakfast was.

The location was excellent!! Everywhere were in walkable distance, if you can ride bicycle, it was a best choice! But it was quite expensive actually

Lovely
Lovely hotel, fab decor, super-helpful staff. Only very slight downside was that the bathroom could do with a little bit of attention, looks a little worn but nothing major. Would definitely stay again.
