I was put in room 20 - right above the stairs to the first floor. You can hear the noise from the stairs, reception, and the sliding doors that lead to the stairwell. I told the lady in reception this at the end of my trip, she advised I should have said after one night and they could have moved me. I would say don’t put someone in a bad room if other rooms are available (I also hate moving room during a stay, with the hassle of repacking and setting up again).
Room was clean, and the bed comfortable.
I didn’t want the room cleaned everyday (due to Covid), so left the do not disturb sign on the door each morning, but each day the cleaner had been in.
