My worst experience !! Think about your stay of "Hotel Scherer" over and over.
I sent a message twice to this Hotel thru booking.com, and no reply. I am afraid for cancellation of two nights stays. So i prepaid and send message again thru its homepage, and repled nothing. The very day my bus came delayed for a hour, and I called and send e-mail to it about my apology and changing schedule.
I called again to help me for arranging for a taxi, when I reached the bus station. The Hotel person said me "go to my company hotel". I could not understand what they said, I make a taxi to go there. They met us outside the hotel, and just said "go to my company hotel" without any excuse or any apology for overbooking. I argued with them at 2 am, but in vain. If you would not feel like me, please think it over.
