This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice part of Bolzano. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the wifi was very weak, pretty much unusable in the room but fine in the lobby and restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were quiet and spacious (AC perfect, pillows and bed comfortable). The breakfast was top notch...highly advise paying in advance for breakfast as it is not to be missed- fresh crepes, pressed juices, assorted pastries, fruits and cheeses..truly the perfect healthy breakfast. The area itself is very walkable. Would definitely stayagain!

A Bad experience
Very very Disappointing.We were upgraded to 'a suite', which meant the bath stood alone on a wooden parque floor in the living area of one large room, no bath mat, towels - nothing. A sofa with a tiny 'coffee table. 'Hospitaliy include 2 tea cups, and 2 tea bags of somesort herbal tea, El kettle stood in the hall, no plug point. A Dining facilities were atrocious, minute, basic menu and you ate off tiny tables of mixed heights and assorted stools, pouffes or a chair if you were lucky,. We will not visit again

For a 4 star Hotel, my room was nothing special. Also, it was quite small and right beside the lift which I could hear. The standout for me were the grounds. The Cafe was in a garden setting and most guests took advantage of this. There was a pool and benches to sit on or grass to lay on.

Very disappointed with the attention to detail or rather, lack of. Drinking glass in my room was chipped, tissue-box empty, pencil not sharpened. Crumbs on the couch in the bar. No instant coffee in the room. No wine or other alcohol in mini bar.Bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows

Mountain View’s.
This was a return visit. The staff is great and the location is perfect for this city. The bar restaurant is a joy for breakfast and for early evening. The rooms are sizable and the bathrooms are equipped well. Very quick at night and beautiful views from the rooms. Especially the rooms with Mountain View’s.

I'd never been to Bolzano before and this hotel was the perfect option. Very cool, hip, nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities. There's a parking garage right next to the complex. All of historic downtown is only steps away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel but room for improvement
The hotel's historic architecture was beautiful and central location wonderful but we had some issues while there. Our WIFI didn't work the whole time and we had to hotspot for our devices, upon checkin there was a rave party in the garden and very loud until 10pm. We paid for a room suitable for 2 adults and a child and after driving for 5 hours to get there the bed they gave us was broken and falling apart. They did replace the bed after several hours but we also had an issue with our bathroom window which was broken and wouldn't close so bugs got into the space. The staff was lovely but I think management is not great.

Nice old building very high ceilings, comfortable, plenty of room, AC in the room but they probably do not give the controller for the thing until it gets hotter outside as with the windows open in the evening there was a very nice cooling breeze all night. Shower in this room tended to leak water all over the bathroom, lighting a bit dim, but otherwise quite nice.
