We liked our stay at this hotel, and the staff were always helpful. Our room was a little small, and the step to get in and out of the shower was very high, and not good and safe for two older ladies in their early 70’s. We would stay there again as it is quite centre to any of the Christmas Markets.

A great hotel in an excellent location for exploring Vienna. The room was a little on the small side, but plenty big enough for what I needed, clean and located close to transport links and everything I needed. The staff were helpful, welcoming and overall was very good value for money. There are plenty of good shopping & food options nearby and Rathaus tram station is just over 5 minutes walk away. having two supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk away was really useful too. The hotel was an excellent base to explore from and I'll definitely be back the next time in Vienna.

Good venue, close to the city centre and in walkable distance to many of the main attractions. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast! Staff were helpful - only downside was that the hotel does not respond to emails very quickly if you are looking for information prior to your stay. Nice hotel 10 minutes' walk from the city hall and 5 minutes walk from the tram (line 2). The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfort. Breakfast was very good and rich. The only problem was with the room made who did not clean the floor properly.
