Room was small but ok - clean but a little dated. Bathroom was a wet room - only problem that when you took a shower it leaked through into the bedroom ( bathroom door and skirting were all rotten as a result. Continental Breakfast was good - great selection. Location was ok for seeing the city - about 10 mins to nearest metro station.

Friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is in need of a good cleaning especially the main lobby/ kitchen area. Beds are uncomfortable, and the rooms facing the main road are very noisy, due to the busy road. Not an ideal location for anyone looking to get to the busy neighbourhoods in Roma.

Made to pay tourists taxes THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED and ended up leaving 45 mins later as was too far away. The distance on the website WAS NOT what it was in real time.
