The hotel is clean and staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is good . We have 2 twin rooms close to each other , which is good. Highly recommend for visitors as it’s a 10 minute walk from the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Good location for elderly and those with children.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel location is excellent, facing the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. The hotel has been there for years, the building is bright and clean but the key card system is old, still using actual metal key, not keycard. They can only provide 1 key. The WIFI coverage is spotty. I could get WIFI in my room when I sat at the desk, I needed to sit closer to the hallway.. Everything else is very good.

LOCATION The Crisol Três Pastorinhos overlooks the Santuário de Fátima (is across the road from it), and is a 2-min walk from it. The moment one steps out of the hotel, one sees the cross over the Basilíca de Nossa Senhora do Rosário. What more could one seek in a hotel in Fátima when one's prime reason for visiting is the Santuário and the Basilíca? The Via Sacra is about a 20-min walk from the hotel, or about a 10-min ride on the Italian toy train that goes round Fátima - and does the journey between Fátima and Aljustrel - all day. TRAVEL The Crisol Três Pastorinhos is a 5- to 6-min walk from the coach station/Terminal Rodoviária (allow yourself 8 to 10 mins if you have luggage, or prefer to walk slowly for comfort). The hotel and the Terminal Rodoviária are both on the north side of the Santuário. DINING OPTIONS The hotel is a 2-min walk from the main parade of restaurants and shops on the north side of the Santuário. STAFF The staff are warm, friendly, helpful. After I had walked the Via Sacra, I returned to the hotel with bloodied feet. The receptionist immediately plied me with plasters. BREAKFAST PLENTY of excellent fresh fruit, yoghurt, a selection of cold meats/cured meats and cheese, a selection of hot food items (bacon, scrambled eggs, roast tomatoes), and the most scrumptious cakes. SAFETY Being across the road from the Santuário de Fátima, the Crisol Três Pastorinhos is in the safest of places in Fátima.
