Staff was good.
Staff was awesome. Hotel was somewhat clean. The big downside for me was the smell of weed throughout the hotel! A guy literally got off the elevator amoking a swisher sweet so our whole elevator ride smelled of swisher and weed.

The staff were friendly. The cleanliness was not the best. The hospitality was definitely lacking. NO luggage trolleys available & staff not helpful at all(we were traveling w child) Also, during peak checkout time, the two elevators available were being used both by maids & their carts. You pay a lot of money for room, but you can’t get cleaning daily. It’s really unacceptable. Specially when you stand 4 or 5 days at a time. I stay at this hotel regularly because my family is there. I wish they could go back to clean the rooms every day. I wouldn’t even mind if they did it every other day it’s a shame that the quality of service these days great location for me and my family.
