I stay there a lot same location it’s usually very very good this time had a issue with the tv not working but accidents happen I’ll definitely return it’s a great place

I called in advance and asked about the pool and was told there was one. When we arrived we were told it was closed for renovation. At check in I was told I had to put a credit card on file for security "just in case" and was told I only get charged if we damage or steal anything. I was charged $100 security immediately at check in before I even got a room, but must wait 5-7 daus for a return of something I was told wasn't charged anyway.

This was a nice hotel and staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallways the first couple of days we were there. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would stay again. Close to Truist Park which is why we were there anyway.

Call an exterminator
Clicked on the lights and there were roaches crawling the walls and counter! With me checking in late after driving for 8 hrs I didn’t feel like looking to find another available hotel. The only bright spot I can give about my stay was they have hot water and a Waffle House in walking distance.
