Clean, comfortable, convenient, lame breakfast.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is decent. The continental breakfast is the worse thing about this property. The property is super convenient to where I am visiting so I have stayed thee half a dozen times. I sometimes choose a less convenient hotel for a breakfast with more and better choices of breakfast items. They usually have waffles, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. That’s it.

Enforce the quiet hours rule
The property manager needs to enforce the quiet hours. We got to the hotel at 2am to check in and there was a group of people on the parking lot drinking and hanging out. No big deal, but they let their kids run around the parking lot screaming. Of coarse they were below where my room was. This happened until after 3am. Next night was raining to they took it to the breakfast area with their beer. This time the kids decided to play in the hall. Had to turn the tv on to drown out the noise, but the remote didn't work right. The room was comfortable and the ac was cool. The bed was comfotable
