Location is the only good thing
The location is great, but we had to ask reception 3 times to bring towels ( we stayed at the hotel to work) , the hot water would only be available after 8-9 am and the last day, there was an emergency with gas so we had no hot water for over 24 hours, we asked for a refund for the last night, also due to heavy rain at night we woke up to a water all over the floor and my coat got wet in the closet as the water was running from the ceiling into the closet.

Great place!
This is a great place to stay. The rates are reasonable, the room is comfortable, clean, and attractive, and the staff members are very nice and helpful. Also, it’s a terrific location—a quiet corner of a lively, fun neighborhood. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect.

I liked that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and the rooms well cleaned. I did not like that when I checked in I was told that my reservation was not paid and that I needed to charge the room to my credit card. I did, but later checked with Expedia to prove that I did prepay. The hotel apologized for the mistake , but has not refunded my card. They told me I need a certified letter from my bank proving I paid

Convenient hotel in restaurant district
Sofia and Cesar were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a kitchenette with mini fridge and air fryer. The area is safe and has a ton of restaurants. Tasty, full hot breakfast included.

Fantastic experience, hope to return
This has been my favorite hotel to stay at so far. I called in advance to let them know when I was arriving. I asked to get picked up from the airport at a certain time and they accommodated. I arrived at the hotel and check in was easy. The room was spacious, felt like an apartment. I got a room with a queen sized bed on the 4th floor. I liked how the whole place looked. Everything was clean for me and I was satisfied. There is no A/C, but there were two windows that allowed air in. Bogotá's climate is pretty cool so there is no need for an A/C in my opinion. Breakfast was included in my reservation. The food was good, so take advantage of it. There are so many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to so many places. It's a safer neighborhood. Something else that can ease your worries is that you have to buzz in to enter the hotel. If you are having a guest over, they will ask for their identification and there is a curfew for guests, could stay until 10 or 11pm. This is for safety reasons and I think that's a great perk. The morning shift receptionist and morning cleaning worker were so nice. Talked with them throughout the week. Would be a reason to return to the hotel. Thought the place was pet friendly, but I was told they weren't on my last day at night. The listing says they are, but maybe you have to ask in advance to allow pets. I would love to come back, so next time I'll contact them in advance about the pets.

I have stayed in many properties around Bogota over the years and this is by far my favorite. I love that it’s a very modern hotel but kept the traditional chapinero architecture. The room was beautiful, stylish, very comfortable and had all the amenities. Shower had the perfect pressure and temperature! Been traveling in Colombia for a month and it was the best shower experience I’ve had in this trip. All the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was top notch and very fulfilling. Location was superb and safe! Only thing I would change is the loud doorbell when people arrive specifically at night though I’m aware it’s for safety reasons they keep the gates closed… I absolutely loved this place and I would stay here again!

Los desayunos muy ricos servidos abundante. El personal César, Yoly, Sofi, y los otros dos jóvenes tdos muy amables y atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Lugar excelente para hospedarse está en la zona de restaurantes, a dos calles de una tienda linda para comprar desde comida a un objeto personal, a 25 minutos de caminata a la zona comercial estilo “americano” de Bogotá. El barrio de 5Q es muy bonito, cultural agradable para caminar. Hotel remodelado hace 5 meses, todo es nuevo y muy lindo!!

En el desayuno me gusto el sabor del chocolate. Lis huevos estan regular de prepacion y sabor, agunas dos ocaciones me prepararon los huevos como yo queria y me gustaron. Es neceasrio mejorar o canbiar el sporte, porque el rollo de papel hijienico se cae constantemente cuando se esta haciendo la taza de servicio. Pero el hotel podria mejorar ese servicio. El resto todo bien, me sinti como si estubiera comodo en mi casa
