2/10 Poor

Absolute worst hotel experience, only stayed for one night. First I was given a key & told that I need to leave this key at reception every time I leave the building, I repeated what I was just told for clarity and was told YES you must leave your key here. Then I went to my room & found out I was given the wrong room. Two guests & we are not a couple, we were given a room with one bed - our reservation was specifically for two beds. On my way down to reception to fix this I was screamed at by the cleaning lady. Apparently she was startled to see someone in the hotel waiting for the elevator and that warranted her to shriek and then demand to know who I am & which room I am staying in. I went down to have my room fixed & was told by the receptionist to go back & lock the door of the previous room and bring her back the key, arrived at my new room (not locked) & tried to get settled in. That was until the same cleaning lady began singing at the top of her lungs right next to our room door I opened the door to see what was going on & she began pointing at me & repeating something in French then immediately turned back to her cart looking for something, I stayed in my doorway completely in shock wondering what was going on & then she ran towards my door & tried to close it with me standing in the way. I explained this to the receptionist and that is when she said that they weren’t expecting me there, not sure how this is possible at a hotel. Bottom line: DO NOT STAY HERE.

You get what you pay for
The property is located on a residential street but not too far from the Metro with decent restaurants nearby. The room itself was disappointing, too small, even struggled to open the door - no air conditioning, and the shower cubical was so narrow that you can barely stand. We didn’t try breakfast but i suppose if you are a single or young couple it’s alright for a night or two with basic options.

I have often stayed in this hotel, which is in a very quiet area, with comfortable rooms and helpful friendly staff. This time they seemed to have communication problems: although I was assured morning and night by different staff that the curtain that was hanging down (a problem on ground floor) would be fixed, it wasn't. After a few days, I finally climbed up and fixed it myself with paper clips.

Great, will stay here again
The staff were really friendly. It was a budget stay with everything you need to sleep through the night. The room and showers were clean. I appreciate that the shower's hot water came immediate after turning it on. Also, the heating in the room is working. Recommend for travels in cooler seasons, as the room does not seem to have an AC.

Affordable Hotel close to most the the sites.
The hotel receptionist all whom we have interacted with was so friendly, very helpful and very informative about the pros especially the cons of the city which we do appreciate. Although the room condition wasn't good since it's very affordable and we did just sleep anyway. Leave early morning and went back late makes it bearable.

Less value for the price paid. No air-conditioning. No choice but to open windows but pretty close to other units so you can hear people talk and smell cigarette smoke. In-room safe not working. Very small room. Won't stay there again.

Value for money hotel in Paris
I wanted a one night cheap for Paris hotel. 24 hour desk, welcomed, and given key. ( must leave if go out to avoid losing). Room was dated, some maintenance needed, but have stayed in worse. It was clean, and bathroom very clean. Bed was OK, slept well. No noise from street in my room to rear. Did not take breakfast. Would i stay again, for one night yes.

Overall good. Nice area near a metro stop with supermarket, bakery, and restaurants nearby. Friendly morning staff, afternoon and evening less so. Shabby 1980s feel.

Short Stay in Paris
It was only a two nights stay. It is a small cute hotel close enough to the city center and all historical sights. Not to expect a lot but in general it is Ok. The first night l caught two BED BUGS in my bed, that was a horrible experience. When l mentioned this to the front desk they gave me an other room for the second night, thank God that room was OK, The Owner of this hotel should take it more seriously because BED BUGS are very resistant, they need a serious professional treatment. To my earlier experiences about hotels infested by Bed Bugs, Special Products must be used, otherwise other rooms will be infested too very soon. It is a serious problem. And waking up in the middle of the night with bites on your arm, neck, face is not pleasant at all.

the Hotel is close to two metro stations.
The bedroom and the bathroom is very very small. The Cleaning service begin at 6:30 or 7:00 am, so u will listen to staff voices. In addition, you are able to listen to the voice of the person on other rooms. many times I thing that there are a person using my bathroom, finaly I discover that my neighbour is using his bathroom. Mr. Farid- The Receptionist is very helpful and freindly person
