Easy to find and clean
Apartment was easy to find, access and very clean. Communication from the Hotels team was good but prior to the stay I got emailed twice and then Whatsapp’d to fill out check in information, which I’d already completed online. This was a bit frustrating. There was enough equipment for two but some amenities such as tea, sugar and maybe some bottled water would have have been nice. There was a loud pump we think that was to do with the hot water, but seemed to be linked to another apartment too as it persisted long after we’d used the shower. Additionally the sound proofing wasn’t great so we heard other apartments coming and going. Both aspects meant we had disrupted sleep. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and location was good as it was near local buses that could get you into town.

The positive, new property, nice decorated, good bed and clean bathroom. The bad, extremely complex to check in, they ask for a deposit charged to your credit card and then after a week haven’t got it back yet, they only operate on office hours, no one available after that. They don’t accommodate to guest needs and you need to accommodate to their schedules, deposit and system. Not disclosed in the original listing. this companies should not be in the hospitality industry as they don’t understand how to treat guest and meet needs.

Disappointing at the best
I will try to be as fair as I can so please read carefully. The property is nice. A flat with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher but not an oven 🙄. Also available a hair dryer and an iron. A shower cabin with shower gel and shampoo. Quite clean and close to amenities and public transportation. Although, as I have said many times, hospitality businesses it is not just a nice room. No staff available, noise after midnight from other residents, they request a deposit which I wasn't aware or willing to pay whatsoever, but I blame mostly the app for that as it should be somehow clear so to avoid it. My previous experience (just once) was really bad as I was trying to get my money back for weeks. Communication is bad at least and I had to visit their office, when they reassured me that I would have my money back a couple hours after check out which off course didn't happen and I will take action with my bank when I get back or even to ask for legal advice. Needless to say that there is not any chance to book again with them or with anyone who requires a deposit. I would rather to pay a bit more and to stay in a real hotel with real professionals who know how to treat their guests. I won't upload any photos or videos as I might need to use them as evidence.

Apartamento muy nuevo cerca del Oceanografic.
El apartamento está muy nuevo y bien situado, muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las ciencias y a unos 3,5 km del centro de la ciudad. En general tiene todo lo necesario ( hemos echado de menos un tostador y algun sitio en el que poder colgar los abrigos, ya que el espacio de " armario" es pequeño y al colgar algo de ropa ya no entran los abrigos. Le he puesto 4 estrellas en comodidad porque el termo del agua caliente hace mucho ruido, incluso en mitad de la noche, cuando no se está usando agua caliente, y es molesto. La comunicación con la empresa que gestiona el alojamiento es buena. A tener en cuenta, hay que dar una fianza de 200€ que te devuelven una vez que comprueban que todo está bien a la salida y no está específicado en el anuncio.
