It was great except it took over 15minutes to get the water in the shower to change from Cold to Warm. But everything else was really great about the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air unit adjusted between warm and cool easily.

Los edredones son muy feos, se siente viejo el hotel. No servía la calefacción. El personal no está bien capacitado en servicio al cliente. En el restaurante tienen muchos faltantes. El agua tarda 10 minutos en calentar (mucho desperdicio). La ubicación es buena, pero para salir hacia Ventura Puente, por ejemplo hay que dar mucha vuelta. La camarista muy amable.

Muy frías las habitaciones. Me cambiaron de cuarto porque se confundieron y habían dado mi cuarto a otra reservación. En mi reservación decía que el desayuno estaba incluido y ellos tenían una hoja que decía que no, al final me lo respetaron. Pero recomiendo checar directo con ellos.
