Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)

A good value for money. Around 20 minutes drive from Munich International airport. Shops and bus stops are just next door. We arrived a bit early (2pm) and allowed to check-in as our room was ready. Overall, it was a great base for few days whilst visiting Munich.

The room itself was fine, other that only one bathroom mirror which is hard when two people want to get ready. Staff very unhelpful, asked questions about travel and how to get about which one staff member, dark hair short bob replied, “it’s not my area to help you, ask someone else at the desk, (then laughed and said) welcome to Germany, that’s how it is here no one wants to help” I found her extremely rude. I then asked the gentleman at the desk and he said just used Uber. I would not stay here again

Very bad experience, the staff, the room wasn't ready, the AC not working, and the maintenance service left the box open even before reaching us the hotel, when I told the reception that all what he said is (it's okay!!), The room view was to the dumpster!!! The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe.

-Check-In Terminal: nicht alles war selbsterklärend; aber sehr hilfreiches und freundliches Personal hat Abhilfe geschaffen -Zimmer war wohl noch ganz neu; die Decke noch nicht fertig gestrichen - hat uns nicht gestört. -Während unserer Abwesenheit hat sich die Spülmaschine von selbst eingeschaltet und der Wasserzulauf war undicht, so dass wir mitten in der Nacht als wir gekommen sind, den Boden voller Wasser hatten. Personal an der Rezeption hat uns Handtücher zum Aufwischen gegeben. Als Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten bekamen wir das Frühstück für unsere Töchter kostenlos. Das war eine sehr nette Geste. -Preis-Leistung völlig ok

Otele girer girmez iğrenç bir lağım kokusu gibi ağır koku geliyordu. Bu koku dört gün vardı. Kesinlikle temiz sayılmazdı. İlk gün odamıza başka biri girdi ve aslında onun odasını olduğunu ve daha çıkış yapmadan eşyalarının kaldırıldığını öğrendik. Kötü bir deneyimdi. Kapalı Otopark pahalı 20 euro gecelik. Biz otelin bahçesine koyduk para vermedik. Tek güzel tarafı ücretsiz kahve çay olması. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi.
