I stayed in this hotel for my bday celebration. The rooftop was gorgeous! It was the highlight of the trip. Breakfast is good, but the line is long. There’s a massive bathtub in the living room area which I liked. However, the hotel is super new, so they will need a lot of coordinations in their services. Check-in was slow, staff didn’t know enough about their own facilities. I’m sure they will get there eventually and it has a lot of potential in a great location.

Cassia sokcho with a lot of regrets
It was peak season, but the check-in waiting was very long and the response at the hotel was absurd. The breakfast was also too long, and it was a pity that the cleaning condition of the room was also five-star. I was surprised to see the leftover coffee on the glass.

First of all if you are not staying in tower A, all the amenities are too far away. This is not a resort nor a hotel. We stayed two nights and they said the cleaning is not done on the second day without any notification. No room service and only one restaurant in the hotel close at 10pm. The swimming pool is charged extra ₩80.000 per person. The Kids Club is also charged almost ₩30,000 for 1 child and 2 adults but it is almost empty and nothing to do there. If you want to take the kid to the reading or drawing room that is all for extra charge which was ridiculous. I would highly recommend to think twice before staying at this hotel.

Horrible . Worst hotel I’ve been to in my lifetime. Clean only because it’s new. I was staying in a $1200 per night room with friends and family . The hotel is worthy of maybe $80 per night 1) bad service. Doesn’t pick up the phone at the front desk 2) charges for the swimming pool. 3) most of the people are not trained well at all at the front desk. They need retraining. 4) no amenities. Asked for lotion . They do not have.

구정 기간에 이박을 대학생자녀2 포함, 성인4인이 2배드룸 스위트에 190만원에 지낸 후기 입니다. 실망스러운 단점은…. 1) 2배드룸 스위트는 C동 15 층까지의 저층부에 위치하고 있어서 뷰가 오른쪽으로 롯데리조트 정면에 외옹치항 만 보이는 바다뷰가 아니에요 2) 룸내부에 큰 욕조를 창가전면부에 위치하다보니 마주보는 쇼파석이 없고.. tv도 몸을 틀어야보여요 3) 층간소음이 정말 심해요 들어올때 인원체크 전혀 안하니.. 여러집이 한 호실에 들어가기도 하고.. 아이들 이 위층에 있으면 뛰는 소리가 다 울리는데.. 특히 창 없는 세컨룸 으로는 웅~~ 하는 소리까지 ㅜㅜ 4) 화장실 냄새가 잘 빠지지 않아요 5) 체크인 할때 대기 한시간 가까이 했어요. 번호 등록후 알림순서로 응대하셨어요. 조식은 몰리면30분에서 한시간 대기 이니 7시 입장 해야 대기 없다고 해서 알람하고 일찍일어나 내려갔네요. 6) 로비 가 4 층에 있다보니.. 짐 드랍존 이 주차장 가는길로 지극히 평범하고 호텔 입장하는 느낌이 없어요. 7) 대문과 화장실 문이 뻑뻑하여 힘주어 여닫아야했어요. ㅜ 8) A동에주로 위치한 편의시설 가는길이 꽤 길어요 장점 1) 아이가 있으셔서 룸 내 목욕 수영 ? 하기엔 좋아요 2) 조식이 특별한 맛은 없지만 다양해요 3) 직원분들이 친절하세요 4) 룸에 기본 식기 레인지 일룸커피2개 큰 냉장고 가 비치되어있어요 총평: 여긴 호텔이 아니라 콘도 같아요. 반얀트리 에서 속초에 분양했다기에 편히 쉬러 갔다가.. 못미치는 수준에 정말 당황했습니다. 이 가격에 두번 갈것같지 않아요. 그어디에도 반얀트리 로고 하나 없네요. 야외 인피니티 풀 이나 룸내 큰욕조? 가 좋으신 대상에게 좋을듯 합니다.
