A beautiful beach hotel in Uroa. All of the staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. We were half board and each meal was Buffett style - good options of food available. However they did not keep up with the bar tabs as we wanted to pay this off each day and ended up with a huge bill at the end despite repeatedly asking each day what the amount was. You could also not check properly if this was correct as they did not itemise this - we calculated each day what we had spent but their amount was larger than we had worked out.

Ideal location for a quiet break, sea and sun
The staff are polite and willing to assist. A special thanks to chef, due to my food allergy, he went out of his way. Ample food. Towels replaced daily, clean but a bit "worn" Sparkling pool, setting superb. Good location, proximity to airport, trip to the North and other tours.

A wonderful hotel and staff, and right on a beautiful beach! Great swimming pool for our four year old, very kind managers and waiters/waitresses, everyone was just very welcoming and the rooms were comfortable and clean and very nice! Good food as well. We were very pleased with our stay and this hotel should probably get more than 3 stars.

Nice stay, lovely staff,food good. Beautiful beach, AI drinks option very good selection. If I'm being picky the beach bungalow could have done with the window nets being replaced as made it look a little worn/ old and fridge didn't work but we didn't say anything as didn't really need the fridge and everything else very good. I am sure if we had of said something, the staff were so lovely they would have sorted. Tv in room and hairdryer which again didn't really need but nice touch to have. Nice few local beach shops little walk up the beach. Few nice restaurants nearby if you want a change. Little mini market to rear of property if you want snacks etc, friendly guy in there. Overall, quiet, pleasant stay. For the price we paid it was ideal,not exceptional but we knew that before we went as researched well, but for AI package deal it was very good.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette hôtel pour nous reposer au calme et profiter de la plage et ce fut globalement réussi ! L'hôtel est situé à l'écart des zones très touristique et juste en bord de plage ce qui fait que la plage (qui est très grande) est pratiquement déserte donc idéal pour en profiter et se baigner (attention lors de la marée basse la mer peut être assez loin mais celà donne l'occasion de faire de belle promenade/chasse aux coquillages). L'équipe est vraiment très sympa et attentionnée, rien à redire de ce point de vu là! Les chambres sont propres et calmes avec un équipement standard même si certains meubles semblent un peu vieillissant (usés). C'est d'ailleurs un sentiment un peu général sur l'hôtel qui aurait besoin de quelques travaux d'entretien (peinture de la piscine, chaises longues, margelles...) mais celà reste d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Pour la nourriture (contrairement à d'autres avis que nous avions lu) nous avons trouvé celà très bien et varié pour notre formule demi pension (à prendre car il n'y a pas vraiment de restaurant autour). Bon séjour.
